Technical Architect

We have a requirement for a Technical Architect at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC).

Mandatory Requirements:

• The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the last fifteen (15) years as an IT Technical architect.
  
• The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) in security architecture.
  

Rated Requirements:

• The proposed resource should demonstrate experience in designing and developing applications following SAML 2.0 protocols within the last six (6) years.
  
• The proposed resource should demonstrate experience in designing authentication services for extranet applications within the last six (6) years.
  
• The proposed resource should demonstrate experience designing, developing and implementing security zones (eg DMZ, OPS, etc) for internet facing applications within the last ten (10) years.
  
• The proposed resource should demonstrate experience analysing and implementing requirements for firewall rules within the last six (6) years.
  
• The proposed resource should demonstrate experience in writing IT technical documents or specifications focusing on registration and authentication solutions within the last ten (10) years.
