Java Programmer/Analyst

We have immediate requirement for a Java Programmer/Analyst for one of our active government clients.

Requirements:

• 5 years programming/analysis experience with enterprise-level systems
  
• 3 years experience with the development of enterprise-level systems using Java or J2EE
  
• Experience with the complete Java or J2EE web application life cycle including design, development, modeling and systems maintenance for at least one (1) project which the proposed resource worked on for a minimum of six months and where the project scope was 5 people or more (IT)
• 1 year experience with each of:
  a) IBM WSAD (version 5 or higher) / RAD or Eclipse
  b) Oracle,
  c) Hibernate
  d) A presentation framework (JSP, JSF, Struts, or Spring MVC)
  e) Web services (WSDL, SOAP, JAX-RPC)
  
• 3 years experience in producing user & system design documentation using UML in combination with an industry recognized SDLC methodology
  
• Experience with Websphere

Senior Business Analyst

We have a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements:

• 7 years experience working as a BA
• 7 years experience gathering and analyzing high level business requirements
• 7 years experience working with clients and technical experts to develop alternative solution options to meet business requirements on an enterprise level objectives
• 7 years experience preparing business cases that outline options business solutions
• 7 years experience assisting with the initiation and planning of IM/IT projects
• Extensive experience in web based applications - Java, Oracle

Role:

• Work with project teams and subject matter experts to develop and document high level business requirements for priority IT projects
• Analyze high level business requirements to assist with the preparation of solution alternatives and cost estimates
• Prepare business cases that outline the cost and benefits of the alternatives and propose recommendations
• Support and use the departmental methodologies for planning and systems development
• Identify horizontal commonalities across proposed IM/IT priority projects
• Assist with IM/IT planning documents and processes

Senior Software Engineer / Java Developer

We have immediate requirement for a Senior Software Engineer / Java Developer for one of our high tech clients.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience with strong web application design and developement in a Unix environment
• Degree in Computer Science related discipline or equivalent
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development in Java.
• Experience with UNIX based development is essential with knowledge of Linux
• In depth understanding of how Apache tomcat and JBoss is configured and operates
• Strong understanding of web application development, including: security, application design, session management, performance, multi-language support, and internationalization.
• Understanding of mod_perl, FastCGI, and other persistent application mechanisms
• Understanding of or exposure to critical registry related technologies, such as DNS, WHOIS and XML
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with a team of diverse technical individuals
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders

Programmer Analyst (Java)

We have immediate requirement for a Programmer Analyst (Java) for one of our Federal Government clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Secret Clearance
• minimum of three (3) years experience, working with ASP.
• minimum of three (3) years experience, working with SQL
• minimum of three (3) years experience, working with Java.
• minimum of three (3) years experience, working with Microsoft IIS and SQL Server databases.
• minimum of three (3) years experience providing support on a Concurrent Versions System (CVS) repository and working with the Websphere Studio Application Developer/Rational Software Architect (WSAD/RDS).
