Mandatory Requirements:

• Two (2) projects that demonstrate the proposed resource’s ability to provide services similar in scope to the requirements
  
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in each the following areas:
  • N-Tier Service oriented application architecture
  • Java
  
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on GUI design and development experience for Web applications
  
• Minimum of three(3) years over the last four(4) years of hands-on experience in each of the following:
  • Spring MVC
  • Hibernate
  

Rated Requirements:

• Experience implementing common components or shared services as part of an Enterprise Solution.
• Designed/developed/hands-on project experience, from inception to support of IT solutions.
  
• Hands-on project experience in design/development in:

Director of R&D

We have a requirement for a Director of R&D for one of our private sector clients.

Summary:

Lead a .NET agile development/QA team working on current C#-based enterprise products and cloud applications. Responsible to assure the successful execution of business mission/goals through the development and deployment of the products. This requires envisioning the company’s service offerings, leading development efforts and human resources requirement including planning for risk and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and developing people within an Agile Development
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience using C#, ASP.NET (MVC2), TSQL, PL/SQL, Java and VB6
  
• Experience in Web Services, WSDL, SOAP
  
• A thorough understanding of XML, the .NET framework and CLR
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of creating cloud based SaaS products
  
• Familiarity working with TargetProcess, FogBugz and other third-party tools would be an asset
  
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
  
• Superior Object Oriented development skills
  
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
