ITSM ITIL Business Transformation Architect

We have a requirement for an ITSM ITIL Business Transformation Architect.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The resource must have obtained a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT related discipline from a recognized university OR have a combination of post secondary education and experience, totalling 7 years.
2. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience as an Enterprise Architect
3. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience in the development of service and architecture modeling techniques and the modeling of business service and technical requirements.
4. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience in deriving architecture models from existing IT infrastructure assets and their configurations in support of Distributed Computing.
5. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience as a technology lead in client/server application development or implementation.
6. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience in analyzing business needs and presenting results to senior executives.
7. The resource must demonstrate five (5) years experience in developing technical reports detailing architectures and business recommendations.

Responsibilities (minimum 5 years completing the tasks below):

• Analysis and development of business success “critical success factors”
• Analysis and development of architecture requirement design, process development, process mapping and training
• Responsible for leading other SSC functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
• Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
• Participate in organizational realignment (job redesign organizational restructuring)
• Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders
• Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and
  discussions
