ITSM ITIL Project Manager

We have a requirement for an ITSM ITIL Project Manager.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The resource must demonstrate knowledge & experience that normally represents five (5) years of experience of project management in the IT industry.
2. The resource must demonstrate knowledge & experience that normally represents five (5) years working in Information Management/Information Technology in a leadership and advisory role both in the public and private sectors.
3. The resource must demonstrate knowledge & experience that normally represents five (5) years providing advice and guidance to Executives on IT Service Management improvements & Enterprise process alignment.
4. The resource must demonstrate knowledge & experience that normally represents five (5) years development & implementation of IT Service Management processes and procedures (Service Support & Service Delivery)
5. The resource demonstrate knowledge & experience that normally represents five (5) years providing
   expert advice & guidance on tactical tooling improvements and Implementation
6. The resource must demonstrate experience that normally represents five (5) years of experience in the development and delivery of presentations to senior management, clearly and concisely communicating issues, risks, options and recommendations.
   

Responsibilities (minimum 5 years completing the tasks below):

• Define and document the objectives of the project; determine budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference of the project team.
• Manages the project during the development, implementation and operations startup by ensuring that resources are assigned and that the project is developed and made fully operational within agreed time, cost and performance parameters.
• Formulates statements of problems; establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant new or modified project elements to solve these problems and obtain approval there of.
• Reports progress of the project on an on-going basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
• Meets in conference with stakeholders and states problems in a forma capable of being solved.
• Prepares plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; works with a variety of project management tools
• Project sign-off
