ITSM ITIL Business Analyst

We have a requirement for an ITSM ITIL Business Analyst.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The resource must clearly demonstrate five (5) years experience in implementing ITIL principles and practices in an IT Infrastructure Environment.
   
2. The resource must clearly demonstrate five (5) years experience in engaging and maintaining relationships with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders at a variety of levels from other IT organizations and industry.
3. The resource must clearly demonstrate five (5) years experience in process design, development and documentation of workflows using business, workflow and organizational modeling tools.
4. The resource must be Certified in ITIL Foundations.
5. The resource must clearly demonstrate five (5) years experience in gathering and documenting user requirements.
6. The resource must clearly demonstrate five (5) years experience in facilitating design workshops.
   

Responsibilities (minimum 5 years completing the tasks below):

• Develop and document requirements for considered alternatives
• Perform business analysis of functional requirements to identify information procedure and decisions flows.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods identify and document items such as database content, structures, and applications subsystems.
• Develop data dictionary
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations with application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems
• Identify candidate business processes for redesign; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes
• Establish acceptance testing criteria with client
• Support and use the selected departmental methodology
