We have a requirement for a Business Analyst at Health Canada.
Mandatory Requirements:
- (5) or more years of experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and obtaining approval of business, functional, and technical requirements in a large government department (5,000 or more employees)
- Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, consolidating and obtaining approval of high level business requirements for large COTS systems.
- Experience defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
- Demonstrates related professional training and/or certification in business analysis by listing all training courses, the training provider, and the date obtained.
