We have a requirement for a Web Quality Assurance Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in web application software and/or program testing.
- Experience in assessing functional testing tools for appropriateness to an environment and purpose.
- Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL – to the extent that is required to generate test scripts.
- MTest case/script development (at least 3 years)
- Test planning and implementation (at least 3 years)
- Test automation toolsets (at least 3 years)
- Bug tracking applications (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of testing web applications built on UNIX platform (Solaris 10) and Microsoft Windows (2003) operating systems (mandatory)
- Testing Java applications (at least three (3) years)
- Experience testing web services (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge and experience with Cenzic HailStorm (a clear asset)
- PCI DSS 6.3-6.5 requirements (mandatory)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to minute detail required
- Security Clearance - Enhanced Level or a valid Criminal Records Check.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the functional testing tool that should be purchased, providing a cost benefit analysis of options.
- Perform all testing of the new payment services architecture using the tool.
- Test PCI applications that use the new architecture.
- Use the tool to create and document automated regression tests for the payment applications and associated infrastructure.
