We have immediate requirement for a Business Transformation Architect for one of our Federal Government clients.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience working either on the technical architecture for application systems design and implementation strategies,
OR
minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years in facilitating business clients in developing requirements for large business application IT projects, in one or more of the following roles:
• Business Transformation Architect
• Information Architect
• Application Architect
• Senior Systems Analyst
• Business Analyst - Demonstrated experience in the analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, technical integration and end-user training.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing functional requirements from multiple lines of business to identify procedures and decision flows and have experience in documenting those functional requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating procedures and methods and prioritizing proposed options against business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring the successful integration of the following aspects of a technology solution within a given project or line of business.
• Design,
• GOC IT systems structure compliance,
• implementation, deployment,
• training
• both pre- and post-analysis
In support of this requirement, a project demonstrating the requested experience must be referenced.
Rated Requirements:
- Experience in the last ten (10) years, where the resource demonstrated working on large mainframe or client-server development projects performing analysis, design and/or development, either for an organization or a major application area, in order to meet the business and application requirements.
- Experience in the last ten (10) years, where the resource demonstrated working in multi-disciplinary architecture teams that involve two or more government departments.
- Experience in the last ten (10) years, where the resource demonstrated delivering IT solutions to address business problems/requirements.
- Ccompleted post-secondary education or training related to Business Administration or Information Technology/Computer Science: University Degree / College Diploma / Technical Courses of direct relevance to the Statement of Work
