Help Desk Support

We have immediate requirement for a Help Desk Support consultant for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements
:

  • Provide level 1 technical and functional support to internal clients for operating systems, standard desktop applications and webapps via telephone or email
  • Provide level 1 and 2 remote support for PC hardware/software, LAN, email systems, thin client and PC peripherals
  • Monitor incoming Service Desk email and ticket buckets
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory problem resolution
Start Date: mid March 2011
Duration: 9 months
