We have a requirement for a Change Management Consultant at Health Canada.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Demonstrates a college diploma or university degree in a related field of study by enclosing a copy of the diploma or degree
- (10) or more years of experience providing strategies, advice, recommendations, and direct facilitation with the implementation of large informatics initiatives in a large government department (5,000 or more employees)
- Experience leading the development and implementation of a Change Management strategy and plan, including Communication and raining strategies.
- Experience assessing Departmental capacity/capability to undertake and successfully deliver a project, an initiative or a change in the context of the overall program or portfolio program or portfolio priorities.
- Experience advising Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve the project's business objectives.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders to identify and consult on change management initiatives, support strategic projects requiring Departmental culture change, and proactively address and respond to issues.
- Demonstrates professional training and/or certification in business transformation and/or the management of organizational change by listing all training courses, the training provider, and the date obtained.
