We have a requirement for a Software Developer at Health Canada.
Mandatory Requirements:
- (5) years experience, within the past eight (8) years, in general programming/analysis experience with enterprise-level systems.
- (5) years experience, within the past ten (10) years, with the development of enterprise-level systems in J2EE.
- Experience with the complete J2EE web application life cycle including design, development, modeling and systems maintenance on at least one (1) project with similar magnitude and for which the proposed resources worked on for a minimum of six (6) months.
Similar Magnitude is defined as:
• Costing over $2 million or
• With more than 10 people on the team (Business and IT) or
• Development phase lasted over 3 years. - (5) years experience, within the past ten (10) years, with each of:
a) IBM WSAD (version 5 or higher) / RAD, or Eclipse
b) Oracle, and
c) Hibernate and
d) Spring MVC and
e) Web services (WSDL, SOAP, JAX-RPC) - (5) years experience, within the past ten (10) years, in producing user & system design documentation using UML in combination with an industry recognized SDLC methodology.
- Experience (within the last (3) three years) in a role similar to that described in the Statement of Work.
