We have immediate requirement for a Change Management Consultant for one of our Federal Government clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience OR 5 years experience with professional certification
- 2 organizational transformation projects for a Government of Canada department or agency where proposed resource has designed new organizational functions and processes.
- 2 projects developing outreach and engagement strategies and plans to manage Gov of Canada enterprise-wide change (across multiple domains within an organization)
- Certified in Change Management
- Certified in Knowledge Management
