Technical Training Manager (French Bilingual)

InGenius has a requirement for a Technical Training Manager for one of our private sector clients. This is a full time permanent position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

•Design and develop course-based training frameworks to support multiple modules of course work, and other documents such as handouts, teaching aids, manuals and exercises
•Develop dynamic, interactive, and user-engaging computer-based training (WBT/CBT) course or website feature demonstration videos from customer provided course content and material
•Plan and deliver quality onsite classroom/distance learning training courses to internal and external clients, including measurement and follow-up.
•Develop strategy and plans to meet training needs of both internal and external clients to ensure business success
•Coordinates training venues, logistics (including IT equipment) and material to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
•Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation.

Required Knowledge:

•Strong written and oral communications skills and an ability to quickly learn new technologies
•Strong organizational skills and time management skills
•Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks and problem solving skills required
•Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills
•Good leadership abilities
•Healthcare market knowledge and experience is highly preferred

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Education, Technical Writing, Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience required.
•Fluent in French and English, written and oral, a must
•5-8 years experience working as an Educator in an Information technology environment, preferably in a Healthcare related field
•Well versed in Adult Learning Skills principles
•Experiences designing technology-based learning solutions (Camtasia, Flash, Adobe Connect etc.)
•Expert knowledge of eLearning tools, such as TechSmith Camtasia Studio, Adobe Captivate etc
•Must be proficient with of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and windows environment
•Knowledge of relational databases, preferably Sybase and/or Oracle
•Basic programming skills in order to teach clients the backend of the application(ex: Java, .net, C++)
