Web Administrator (.NET)

We have a requirement for a Web Administrator (.NET) for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years experience programming, testing, supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications or ASP.NET web applications using VB.NET or C# as the language
• Minimum of five years experience administering IIS 6 or IIS7 web servers
• Programmer/Analyst diploma with object oriented programming courses from a known college or university recognized program
• Good knowledge of IIS and Internet Services Manager including:

1. Installing and configuring IIS on new servers
2. Adding new web sites to an existing instance of IIS
3. Requesting and installing SSL certificates
4. Setting security for web sites, folders and applications using Windows permissions and IIS settings
5. Creating and configuring IIS applications

• Knowledge of application development tools such as: Microsoft Visual Studio
• Bilingual

Business Analyst

We have a requirement for a Business Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant certification – Business Analyst, PMP
• 10 years in a similar role to a Business Analyst
• 3 projects performing similar tasks
  
• Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams and subject matter experts from various branches to develop and document high level business requirements for priority IT projects
• Analyze high level business requirements to assist with the preparation of solution alternatives and cost estimates
• Prepare business cases that outline the cost and benefits of the alternatives and propose recommendations
• Identify horizontal commonalities across proposed IM/IT priority projects
• Asses architectural considerations of proposed solutions for priority projects
• Prepare IM/IT planning documents and processes
• Provide knowledge transfer
