We have a requirement for a Business Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant certification – Business Analyst, PMP
- 10 years in a similar role to a Business Analyst
- 3 projects performing similar tasks
- Bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Work with project teams and subject matter experts from various branches to develop and document high level business requirements for priority IT projects
- Analyze high level business requirements to assist with the preparation of solution alternatives and cost estimates
- Prepare business cases that outline the cost and benefits of the alternatives and propose recommendations
- Identify horizontal commonalities across proposed IM/IT priority projects
- Asses architectural considerations of proposed solutions for priority projects
- Prepare IM/IT planning documents and processes
- Provide knowledge transfer
