We have a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.
Requirements:
- 7 years experience working as a BA
- 7 years experience gathering and analyzing high level business requirements
- 7 years experience working with clients and technical experts to develop alternative solution options to meet business requirements on an enterprise level objectives
- 7 years experience preparing business cases that outline options business solutions
- 7 years experience assisting with the initiation and planning of IM/IT projects
- Extensive experience in web based applications - Java, Oracle
- Work with project teams and subject matter experts to develop and document high level business requirements for priority IT projects
- Analyze high level business requirements to assist with the preparation of solution alternatives and cost estimates
- Prepare business cases that outline the cost and benefits of the alternatives and propose recommendations
- Support and use the departmental methodologies for planning and systems development
- Identify horizontal commonalities across proposed IM/IT priority projects
- Assist with IM/IT planning documents and processes
