We have immediate requirement for a Programmer Analyst for Canadian Border Services Agency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Reliability Security Clearance
• The project requires that each candidate must have 10 years programmer analyst experience.
• Each candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience coding, using the programming language Cobol within the last 10 years.
• The project requires that each candidate must have 10 years experience performing design & development in a CICS/DB2 IBM or IBM compatible mainframe environment.
• The proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on IBM 370 compatible mainframes using JCL.
• The proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on IBM 370 compatible mainframes using Netron CAP

Senior Business Analyst

InGenius Engineering is a Software Engineering and Consulting Firm active in Ottawa. We have immediate requirement for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience within the last seven (7) years in a leading role as a Business Analyst
• 5 years experience in a leading role participating in workshops to gather requirements
• 10 combined years with a minimum of 2 years each in environments where the following technologies were used: ASP, Visual Basic and MS-SQL
• experience using UML modeling tools
• experience leading the creation of analysis and design models with detailed Business Requirements or Functional Specifications or system use cases or activity diagrams or class diagrams
• experience working on the following phases of the application development life cycle: business requirements definition, system design and analysis, development, testing, conversion, reporting, documentation
• experience using testing software and/or setting up testing scenarios with common tools (e.g. Word or EXCEL) to aid the validation of Business Requirements and Functional Specifications
• experience with creating Business Requirements or Functional Specifications or Use Cases based on reviewing any of the following: ASP, .Net, Visual Basic or MS-SQL code

Senior Network Analyst - VMware

InGenius Engineering is a Software Engineering and Consulting Firm active in Ottawa. We have immediate requirement for a Senior Network Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.

Qualifications:

• At least seven (7) years with significant experience working as a System Administrator, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting major operating systems (Microsoft Win 2000 Server, Win 2003 Server, and Win XP).
• Has at least 2 years experience with ESX 3.x in a cluster configuration with DRS and HA in a multi VLAN network.
• Has at least four (4) years with significant experience installing and configuring Microsoft 2003 servers in a Lab and production environment.
• VCP certified including VMware Infrastructure 3.X and VMware VirtualCenter 2.X

Senior I.T. Engineer and Specialist

InGenius Engineering is a Software Engineering and Consulting Firm active in Ottawa. We have immediate requirement for a Senior I.T. Engineer and Specialist for one of our Federal Government clients.

Knowledge

• knowledge of Government networks from an internetworking perspective;
• knowledge of IT services offered by PWGSC;
• knowledge of PHAC IT challenges as they relate to the delivery of PHAC mandated services (optional);
• knowledge of VMware security hardening practices (optional);
• knowledge of Treasury Board Secretariat’s MITS policy (optional);
• knowledge of the Government Security Policy (GSP) (optional);
• knowledge of IT Security best practices (optional); and
• certified CISSP (optional).

Experience

• extensive and recent experience providing technical advice on the design and architecture of data networks;
• recent experience providing technical advice on the design and architecture of VMware infrastructure;
• extensive and recent experience reviewing technical proposals and documentation as they relate to data telecommunications;
• extensive and recent experience interviewing personnel to gather information used to document complex internetworking environment;
• recent and extensive telecommunications design, implementation, and configuration experience (10-15 years) using Cisco routing and switching equipment;
• recent and extensive experience analyzing TCP/IP and other networking protocol data streams in a Windows, Novell, Lotus Notes environment;
• recent and extensive experience with MPLS over IP and GRE tunnel configurations;
• extensive experience with taking and analyzing network traffic traces;
