We have immediate requirement for a Change Management Consultant for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience OR 5 years experience with professional certification
• 2 organizational transformation projects for a Government of Canada department or agency where proposed resource has designed new organizational functions and processes.
  
• 2 projects developing outreach and engagement strategies and plans to manage Gov of Canada enterprise-wide change (across multiple domains within an organization)
• Certified in Change Management

Enterprise Architect 1

We have immediate requirement for a Enterprise Architect for one of our Federal Government clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience OR 5 years experience with professional certification
• 2 multi-year enterprise-wide projects where the proposed resource has led the design and planning of the complete organizational change
• The proposed resource has completed 3 projects where the resource has worked on all of the following:
  - Identified, designed and developed strategies and plans for the implementation of change agendas relating to service delivery business transformation
  - Reviewed strategic plans Assessed the vale and risk of departmental investments to ensure alignment with business strategies
• 3 projects where where the proposed resource has provided expert advice and led the application of frameworks form monitoring and evaluating long term (5 years) strategic business changes targeted to improve service delivery performance and the daily operation
• 3 projects where the proposed resource has provided expert advice and led the development of investment value definition and conducted value confirmation based upon Benefit Management Plans through the use of Outcome Maps following the Treasury Board standard.
  
• 2 projects where the proposed resource has experience in presenting to and briefing Senior Management at the Deputy level Minister, Assistant Deputy Minister/C-Level or VP level.
