Programmer Analyst

We have immediate requirement for (2) two Programmer Analysts for one of our Federal Government clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

• The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience*,
  
  OR
  
  a minimum of (3) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience* and hold a recognized professional certification (systems analysis and/or programming)
  
  *For the purposes of this criteria, experience is defined as working on the technical design, programming and development of applications for a large business application (5000+ users/clients), in one or more of the following roles:
  
  • Programmer
  • Software Developer
  • Coder
  • Software Developer
  
  
• The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years, in the analysis, development, scheduling and implementation of application coding and testing.
• The proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience in the following:
  
  • Finalizing design
  • Testing new coding
  • Testing changes to existing coding
  • Verify functional abilities of system to align with end-state goals.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years in modifying and/or repairing any problems encountered in coding of new requirements and implement any outstanding problem resolutions (PRs) and/or change requests (CRs) if/as required to ensure end-state functionality and reliability.
• Demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years participating in elaboration sessions with business clients to clarify requirements and end-state goals.
• Minimum of one (1) year within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience working as a direct user of, or programmer/developer on an enforcement management system.
• Minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience programming/developing in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, Visual Basic and Crystal Reports using an iterative development methodology.

Business Transformation Architect

We have immediate requirement for a Business Transformation Architect for one of our Federal Government clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years demonstrated experience working either on the technical architecture for application systems design and implementation strategies,
  
  OR
  
  minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years in facilitating business clients in developing requirements for large business application IT projects, in one or more of the following roles:
  
  • Business Transformation Architect

• Demonstrated experience in the analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, technical integration and end-user training.
