Business Transformation Architect

We have requirements for a Business Transformation Architect for Department of Fisheries and Oceans.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Reliability Security Clearance
• Business Transformation Architect for a minimum of two (2) different project similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience, within the last five (8) years, as a Business Transformation Architect.

Rated:

• The bidder should demonstrate using project descriptions, that the proposed resource was a Business Transformation Architect for a minimum of two (2) different projects similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• The bidder should demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience as a Business Transformation Architect for projects similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• The bidder should demonstrate by using project descriptions that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of 1 project that requires to be delivered within the TB Business Transformation Enablement Program (BTEP) guidelines or similar business design methodology.

Project Manager

We have requirements for a Project Manager for Department of Fisheries and Oceans.

Qualifications:

• Reliability Security Clearance
• Project Manager for a minimum of two (2) different project similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience, within the last five (8) years, as a Project Manager working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment

Rated:

• The bidder should demonstrate using project descriptions, that the proposed resource was a Project Manager for a minimum of two (2) different projects similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• The bidder should demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for projects similar in size and complexity to the EGDSS
• The bidder should demonstrate by using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years experience in project planning including establishing of activities, milestones and critical path, assignment of resources to activities, development of Microsoft Project plans as a Project Manager working in a PMO.
• The bidder should demonstrate by using project descriptions that the proposed resource has ITIL experience
• The bidder should demonstrate by using project descriptions that the proposed resource has experience in development of successful Preliminary Project Approval Documents which includes a minimum of 1 Effective Project Approval Documents.

Senior Web Application Developer

InGenius is seeking a Senior Web Application Developer assist the Department of Fisheries and Oceans with the following:

• Developing an information architecture that presents information in a unified manner and that is responsive to the needs of Canadians and the Government of Canada Communications Policy and the Department’s priorities
• Grouping common content to avoid duplication of information.
• Managing all “sub” Web sites consistently and efficiently within clearly defined policies and processes and under an enterprise umbrella.
• Improving the Department’s Internet presence to account for rapidly growing uses of the Web, to collaborate internally and externally and provide services to Canadians

Qualifications:

• Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
• Demonstrated experience with developing collaborative web applications in a GoC environment, with multiple stakeholders
• 10 Years Demonstrated experience in IT, and at least 5 years experience developing Web Applications in the last 7 years
• Experience with the following technologies: ASP.net, XML, PHP, SQL for Oracle, mySQL, xhtml strict 1.0, ECMAScript (Javascript) / AJAX, SOAP/XMLP, Flash, Google Earth/Maps KML WMS
• Experience with CLF
• Experience with social media (asset)
• Bilingual
